Faery Fest Inc. is a non profit organization dedicated to creating a yearly visual and performing arts festival with a *fantasy* theme in Guelph. Volunteers, artists, actors, musicians and all kinds of performers band together to create an enchanted weekend full of "goblins and dragons", "faeries and elves", "knights jousting and duelling", "games and activities", "food and art", and significant magic.

The Hillside Festival happens annually at the end of July at Guelph Lake. This non-commercial 3-day music festival includes many genres of music as well as music workshops. The festival is much more than music and includes many workshop tents, food vendors and a children's play area. Camping is available at the Guelph Lake Conservation Area, 90 minutes west of Toronto.

The Fresh Water Jamboree is a free, annual one-day music festival established to help raise awareness about “fresh water” in Wellington County, the province of Ontario and across Canada. Be The Artist, a Guelph-based organization that promotes musicians and environmental initiatives, launched Guelph’s first “green” music festival in 2008.
The day-long event will feature performances by a variety of musicians and groups.
From noon to 11pm.

Sunlight Music Festival is a not-for-profit day long concert using the greenest energy possible - solar power! The festival runs from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. With a great line up of up-and-coming artists, some great local musicians, a few well-known musicians and children activities, the event is always a blast.

The Guelph Jazz Festival was founded in 1994 by a small group of friends who shared a love of jazz and a commitment to the community of Guelph. A three-time recipient of the Lieutenant Governor's Award for the Arts (2001, 2000 & 1997), the festival has consistently garnered praise from international jazz critics for presenting compelling and innovative accomplishments in jazz and creative improvised music.
